Accessing the teleoperation interface

Accessing the teleoperation interface is easy. Just follow these steps:

Select Teleoperation Interface from the DIGITAL TOOLS menu

Click the START button to load the teleoperation interface app into your browser

The interface will load.  Time for loading will depend on your internet speed. Typically less than 30 seconds. Note: if you receive a message requesting that Unity Web Player be downloaded, accept this request. Unit Web Player is required for all Mars Lab digital tools.

When the teleoperation interface login screen appears, enter the username and password provided to you when your Mars Lab account was created.

If you login details are correct you will be taken to the Rover selection screen. Click on the rover you will be driving. If you are not sure which rover your class will be driving, check with us at the Mars Lab.

Click on the required interface layout appropriate to the role at the each mission station. Note: the Full Control layout allows access to all rover controls and cameras and is recommended for teacher use only.

The chosen interface layout will then load.

Click the BACK TO MENU button to return to the login screen at any time.
